| Danielle Sigelko, D.O. received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Michigan State University. She has a special interest in OMM/OMT and preventative care. Danielle was born and raised in St. Ignace, MI and is married. She enjoys running and reading. Danielle says when she moved to West Michigan she immediately felt at home so she is excited to serve the people of this community. She is working on her Residency here at Muskegon Family Care. |

| Dr. Amy Hogue is a graduate from the University of Iowa College of Medicine, and received her undergrad from the University of Notre Dame. Dr. Hogue completed her residency at Memorial Family Medicine in South Bend, IN and served as chief resident. She enjoys the full spectrum of family medicine, but especially enjoys obstetrics, pediatrics, procedures, and teachings. Dr. Hogue grew up on a farm in Western Dakota but mostly recently lived in South Bend, IN. She enjoys running, basketball, cooking, and spending time with family. Dr. Hogue is married and has one son. Dr. Hogue states, "I was attracted to Muskegon Family Care because of the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to patients in most need." |

| Dr. David Wilson is a graduate of the College of Human Medicine at Michigan State University and Board Certified in Family Medicine. He has dedicated his life's work to caring for the underserved in the Muskegon area. Dr Wilson's practice includes full spectrum family practice with a special interest in caring for patients with mental illness, multiple chronic illnesses, and adolescents. He is married and is blessed with four children. He has many interests outside of medicine including sailing, tennis, snowboarding, and ice climbing. |

Traci received her Master of Science in Nursing at Michigan State University and is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Her professional career spans over 13 years of experience in the hospital and community health center settings in Grand Rapids, White Cloud and Muskegon. Traci has a wealth of clinical knowledge and skills in primary health care. She specializes in family practice, women's health, and wound healing. In her spare time she enjoys boating, skiing, horseback riding and watching her kids play hockey. She has three children and currently resides in Muskegon. Traci strongly believes in education, collaborative teamwork and a proactive approach in the delivery of quality patient care. She enjoys working with a diverse population and any age group in a community-based setting.

| Jennifer is a recent graduate from the University of Cincinnati, and received her undergrad from the University of Saint Francis. Jennifer grew up in Fayette, OH and now currently resides in the Muskegon area. Jennifer enjoys most outdoor activities and she adds that her specialized interest in her practice is the care of women throughout their life span and obstetric care. Jennifer states she found interest in Muskegon Family Care because, "I believe we all have the right to receive excellent health care and we all have a voice. I encourage women to have an active role in their healthcare decisions." |

| Born and raised in Muskegon, Mollie got her first Bachelor's Degree from University of Missouri in journalism. She worked in health care journalism for several years before deciding to go back to school to pursue her medical education. Mollie completed her BSN at Grand Valley and Master's of Science and Nursing at MSU. Mollie has worked several years in underserved medicine in Muskegon. "This seems to be the place where I can make a difference - where people need someone. I don't want them having leftovers - my patients deserve excellent care no matter who is paying, how much you're paying, or even if you're paying." Her favorite aspect of practice is family planning, especially working with adolescents to make sure they remain in control of their futures. Patients like her sense of humor and the fact that Mollie is straightforward with them and not afraid to show that she's also human. Mollie is married and enjoys downhill skiing and motorcycling with her husband. Also in her spare time, Mollie practices journalism and edits a physician career development magazine. |

| Dr. Tanner received her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. She began her education at Western Michigan University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences degree. Dr. Tanner specializes in womens and childrens health, migraine headaches, skin conditions, and herbal and naturopathic medicine. She was born and raised in Quincy, MI and enjoys reading, playing piano, cooking, sewing and knitting. She and her husband of 16 years have a daughter named Claudia. Dr. Tanner has been advocating for the underserved since before medical school when she volunteered in college at different clinics. She continues to feel very strongly that everyone deserves quality medical care. Dr. Tanner states, I love family practice because I get to know the entire family - I feel privileged to be a part of their lives. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Michigan Academy of Family Physicians where she feels she can continue to advocate for all to have quality health care. |

| Jennifer received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree at Grand Valley State University where she also received her Bachelors in Health Sciences. She has a special interest in pediatrics. Jennifer has grown up and lived in Hart, MI, where she currently resides with her husband and three children. She enjoys riding and showing horses, snowmobiling and hunting. Jennifer says, "my desire to be part of a medical team that works together to provide medical care to those in need is why I love working at Muskegon Family Care." |

| Hellen received her Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Nursing at the University of Michigan and obtained her degree in nurse midwifery from the Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing in Hyden, KY. Hellen works with women from adolescents through menopause including: yearly exams, common woman's health concerns, health screenings, maintenance and promotion, contraception, menopause, prenatal care, in-hospital birthing, and postnatal care. She has special interests in working on patient education and the development of low literacy educational materials. She was born in Grand Rapids and lived in Liberia, West Africa from ages 6-13. She has also lived in areas of Michigan, including: Ann Arbor, Flint and now resides with her husband in the Grand Haven/Spring Lake area. Hellen enjoys gardening, cooking, needlework, reading, painting, running, cross country skiing, and snow shoeing. She is married with an adult son who lives in Eastern Michigan and works as an engineer. Hellen says, "I feel it is important that women are active participants in their care and focus on providing information & education which allow them to make choices most appropriate for their health". |

| Ron received his bachelor of science degree in human biology and now has a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine and is working on his Residency here at Muskegon Family Care. He resides in Ravenna, MI and enjoys Nascar, fishing, golfing and spending time with his family. He is married with three children. Ron says, "My philosophy is to give prompt and thorough care in a timely fashion. I strive to ensure that when a patient leaves the clinic, he/she has a clear understanding of his/her medical management." |

| Joel is a graduate of Wayne State University with a Master's Degree in Social Work. Since graduation, Joel has done private practice, school social work and casework for a county children's services department. Joel specializes in work with children and adolescents, chronic pain and substance abuse. Joel states that "helping people make a difference in their lives is the best part of being a social worker". Joel has been married 34 years, with a daughter in New York and a son, daughter-in-law and grandchild in Washington DC. |

| In 1989 Dr. Dora started the MGH Family Health Center, later called Muskegon Family Care. Simultaneously, he founded the Family Practice Residency and served as the Residency Director for 10 years. He has been the family physician for thousands of Muskegon area residents and has delivered hundreds of babies throughout his many years in family practice. He is currently overseeing Mercy General Health PartnersÂ’ Medical Education programs. He is a Norton Shores resident, married with two children. He has been associated with the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine for many years, providing leadership to their community-based residency programs. He has also been a reviewer for federal medical education grants. |

| Dr. Phillips has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science from Montana State University and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. Dr. Phillips recently completed a Fellowship in Faculty Development with Michigan State University. Before joining Muskegon Family Care, he worked several years with Westshore Family Medicine is also experienced with urgent care medicine. Dr. Phillips is married and the father of 3 young children. He also spends time as a Scoutmaster. Dr. Phillips' special interests include teaching and obstetrics. |

| Jennifer graduated from Western Michigan University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Medicine and the University of Nebraska in 1997 with a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies in Family Medicine. She has practiced both in family practice as well as obstetrics/gynecology since her graduation in 1993. She is a resident of Muskegon County. Jennifer is passionate about women's health issues, and is an expert in the electronic medical record used in the practice. |

| Jo is a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a Master's Degree in Social Work. She is married with three adult children. Her hobbies include reading, biking, camping and scrapbooking. She and her husband also like to travel since they have family across the nation. Any time off will usually find them on the road to Florida, Wisconsin, or Iowa. After earning her MSW, Jo worked for Bethany Christian Services in the Fremont office for five years, working in a number of programs providing services to children and families. In her time at Muskegon Family Care, she has worked with their Depression Collaborative quality improvement team as an expert in depression, and recently gave a presentation on her work at a national gathering of community health centers. She enjoys the fast paced environment and works to provide timely, patient centered services in the medical clinic setting. Jo believes that hope is the most important thing she can offer her patients. |

| Bethany Brown, Certified Nurse Midwife/ Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. Bethany attended the University of Michigan and received her BSN and MSN. From there she worked as an RN at the Special Delivery Birth Center for 5 years. Bethany was born and raised in Muskegon and enjoys camping, sports, and scrapbooking during her free time. She and her husband have two young children. Bethany enjoys working for Muskegon Family Care because her interest is in caring for women and their families both physically and spiritually; taking care of all aspects of their lives. Also, helping them to find the resources they need and educating them to make healthy choices for themselves and their families. |

| Carrie Sandborn, D.O. received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a health and humanities specialization. She received her Doctorate of Osteopathic medicine from Michigan State University and is now working on her Residency here at Muskegon Family Care. She is currently an intern at Muskegon Family Care and expects to graduate in 2010. Carrie has a special interest in women and childrens health. Born and raised in Newaygo, MI and currently living in Middleville, MI, Carrie enjoys photography and movies and music from the 80s. She has 2 children. Carrie is excited to work with Muskegon families including women and children's health and OB. |
