Located in Muskegon Heights, Michigan, Muskegon Family Care traces its roots to Koinonia Medical Center, established by Dr. Dale Williams in March 1973. In 2000, the center became a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). In the fall of 2011, Muskegon Family Care brought all its services together in one location to better serve the community.
Today, Muskegon Family Care offers a full range of primary care, behavioral health, substance use treatment, and dental services. We are committed to providing quality, affordable healthcare to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay.

Cost And Care Coverage
We currently accept Medicare, a variety of Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicaid, a variety of Medicaid HMO plans and private health insurance. We also offer a sliding fee scale for the under and uninsured. Services and appointments are offered at our Muskegon campus or telehealth video visits along with language translation services.
